AD 180 POWER

The proportioning sprayer machine AD 180 POWER has reduced size and weight as main features and this makes it particularly suitable for work in the workshop.

The AD 180 POWER has an air motor and develops a maximum pressure of the product sprayed of 180 bar with a compressed air supply of 7 bar. It is under HIGH PRESSURE.

This proportioning machine is suitable for spraying products with 1:1 volume ratio, whether Expanded or Elastomeric Polyurethane or Polyureas. The draught system guarantees the self-power supply from barrels of all sizes, without needing transfer pumps.

The machine has an effective internal heating system and also pipes going from the machine to the gun are heated.

The recirculation system, used to homogenise the products and help the pre-heating, provides both short and long circuit. Namely for recirculation it can use either the specific pipes that come back from the machine to barrels or the pipes that carry the gun. This means a great versatility.

The power consumption is very low and 220V power supply facilitates the procurement of needed energy.

Maintenance is reduced to the minimum. Customer is anyway invited to exercise extreme care in maintenance because polyurethanes and polyureas are reactive materials in contact with moist air so a cause of possible obstructions.

The AD 180 POWER is equipped with FUTURA FT3 self-cleaning gun with low-maintenance, which makes the whole system very reliable and easy to use.
